Each clock is handled with care to ensure you have a great experience, featuring quality workmanship at a reasonable price. We are fully insured with over 25 years of experience. The estimated cost of the repair is free, and usually done when the clock is dropped off. The turn around time from when a customer drops off their clock, to when it is ready to be picked up, is generally from 3 - 6 months for mechanical clocks, unless it is a simple fix. For quartz (battery run) clocks, it is generally 1 - 3 weeks. We are members of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors.
